Can not fault Milo’s one bit. Coco stayed with Milo’s for 2 nights when we got married. Helen was amazing at organising and making sure she was all clean and picked up on time to go to our wedding to be ring bearer. We were nervous about leaving our dog with someone we didn’t know but on meeting Helen we were soon reassured. The individual rooms are amazing and give each dog their own space and the amazing location just added to the holiday for Coco with such a variety of walks. Would highly recommend 5* service and loving family.

Fabulous!!!!!! I cannot recommend Milos Dog Hotel enough.

Thank you Helen and all your family for looking after our Stanley. It’s the first time he has ever been away from home and we were really worried. We definitely did not need to worry at all. He has had a ball!!!! Helen kept in touch and sent us many photos and videos of Stanley and all his new friends. We could not ask for any better care whilst we were away. Thank you so much Helen and I know Stan is be looking forward to his next visit. X🐶 5 ⭐️

I would 100% recommend Helen and her family. Our dog has just got back from her first stay at Milo’s Dog Hotel and we couldn’t happier. Helen kept us updated over the weekend on how our dog had settled in and was spending her time, she sent us lots of photos and videos too. Helen was very warm and welcoming when dropping our dog off. The updates were reassuring and they were also very understanding when we got held up slightly coming back from a trip away to collect our dog.

Our doggie Luna has just returned from a wonderful stay at Milo’s. It was our first time and I know if Luna could talk she would tell me she has had the best holiday. The whole experience was very easy with Helen from our first meeting with her to collecting Luna at the end of the holiday. The set up at Milo’s is absolutely wonderful. A real home from home and all the photos and updates sent to us by Helen shows that our pooch was 100% part of their family whilst we were away. All the photos show Luna very contented and living her best life at Milo’s. We will definitely be back and totally recommend this doggie boarding. Thank you Helen and Family

What a wonderful experience Milos dog hotel has been for both of our dachshunds and ourselves. Having never left both of our boys with anyone I was very nervous. Helen and her family have been amazing. Putting my mind at ease and giving both of our boys a brilliant and a very active stay, they were shattered for a good couple of days after leaving.

We will absolutely be using the service again x

First time leaving our 11 month old beagle for our wedding last week. We were extremely nervous. However there was no need to be he spent 3 days running around and thoroughly enjoying himself. Helen was amazing at communicating with us and sending us photo updates which allowed us to relax and enjoy our day. Couldn’t recommend Milos dog hotel enough and we have already booked Hugo in for his next holiday ☺️

I cannot emphasize enough how amazing Helen & Simon were looking after our cockerpoo Clemmie.

This was her first stay away from us.We were kept informed of her day with lovely photo’s,videos ,texts.

She had an Awesome time.Helen and her whole family have a genuine love and care for the dogs staying.

This is evident from the photos of how she relaxed and made herself at home.This allowed us to relax and have a wonderful holiday too.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending them .Noah ,Clemmie is already looking forward too her next stay🥰xThank you for looking after her so well xx

Booked Milo’s for my two French Bulldogs . Can’t express how lovely it is . Helen Simon and her children were a delight when we took Frank and Lulu for their visit. So reassuring to have somewhere where we know their going to love it while we’re away. Thank you Helen

Helen and her family looked after my cocker spaniel Nelly for a long weekend. I can not recommend them highly enough! Amazing service from booking all the way through to collection. A real home from home experience. Perfect location and set up. Great communication during the stay and lovely to receive lots of lovely photos! 💓

Our 11 month old cockapoo Jasper spent the weekend with Helen at Milos and we couldn’t be happier, would highly recommend. He had a fab time, lots of lovely walks, looked after and cuddled so he felt at home! Helen was fab – making it super easy to arrange and book, and keeping us updated during his stay with lovely pictures and films to see what he had been up to. Thank you Helen, Jasper is excited about staying again 🙂

Our Frenchie Lottie has just returned from a weekend stay at Milo’s Dog Hotel and I could not be more impressed! Helen and her lovely family gave Lottie so much love and attention during her stay. We were sent beautiful photos and videos of Lottie enjoying long country walks and cuddles at home with Helen and her family! I am so happy with the bespoke service Helen provided and will definitely be using her again! Thank you so much for going above and beyond x

I cannot recommend Helen and Simon enough. Their place is the perfect set up for dogs and they are amazing with them. My pooches got lots of walks and cuddles on the sofa and I was sent a lot of pics to show them happy as Larry. Their son became best buddies with my Pom so he was in his element as loves little people.

A very friendly, professional, helpful service and put my mind completely at ease at leaving my dogs with anyone but my mum. Will definitely be sending my pups back for a stay and recommending Milo’s to friends & family.

We have just collected Betty our mini dachsund after her first stay with Helen and her family , and couldn’t be happier with her care . Betty underwent spinal surgery a few months back and we were a little worried about her as she still struggles with weakness in her leg but Helen followed our instructions perfectly and ensured she rested during her walks , even carried , and avoided steps and jumping . We received lots of photos and updates during the week and were reassured that she had settled in well . We wouldn’t hesitate in using Helens services again and have nothing but praise for her obvious love and individual attention of the dogs in her care . Thankyou Helen and family for an excellent stay x

What a wonderful and welcoming experience all round. My girls had a lovely time and were returned thoroughly exhausted, fresh smelling and clean.

Helen and her family make it a home from home so they settled really well. I was given daily updates and pictures so I didn’t need to worry about how they were getting on.

I have since returned for a second visit and will happily do so again in the future.

A very professional service. Highly recommended.

Buddy had an absolutely fantastic weekend! We were nervous about leaving him as he’d never been away from us before, but we needn’t have worried – he was so well looked after. It was lovely to receive regular updates of how he was getting on. Would thoroughly recommend we will definitely leave Buddy there again. Thank you Helen and family

I cannot day how truly fabulous Helen at Milos is my 2 dogs stayed and it’s the only time there wasn’t complete hunger strikes! I absolutely recommend Milos for your dogs to be cared for in a home from home environment with really regular updates so you can relax.

Our dog Herbie has stayed here in a few occasions now and it is fantastic. Helen absolutely loves dogs and I feel totally relaxed knowing Herbie is in good hands. He has plenty of walks and more importantly lots of TLC. It’s a home from home! Thoroughly recommend Milo’s!

Highly recommend Milo’s Dog Hotel. My dog Molly spent 8 days there in the summer and I wouldn’t hesitate to send her back. Family friendly atmosphere, lovely grounds and constantly updated with photos whilst away.

Highly recommend Milo’s… I knew before Luna even went to stay that she’d be in good hands, as Helen took so much time getting to know all about her, collecting loads of information which gave me real peace of mind. The dog suites are amazing – I love how each dog has their own safe space to eat and sleep in, but are part of the family home as well. Thanks Helen x

Bella stayed at Milo’s last week and she had the most amazing time! I had photos every day of her stay, showing her at the beach, in the fields, and snuggled up at home.

She was definitely one of the family for a week and I’m sure part of her wanted to stay!
